SYED RIYAZ, B.E CIVIL
I’m Syed Riyaz, Civil Engineer and founder of The Retrofitting Company (TRC). While TRC is rooted in Bengaluru, where we specialize in retrofitting and strengthening residential homes/flats, apartment complexes, and commercial spaces, my experience spans Dubai, the UAE, and India, bringing international standards and best practices to every project.
At TRC, I lead a team dedicated to transforming aging or damaged structures into safe, durable, and future-ready buildings. Our expertise spans structural repair, retrofitting, concrete restoration, waterproofing, and protective coatings, ensuring every project—from individual flats to high-rise towers, housing societies, and commercial spaces—is executed with precision, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
